We want you to be happy with every purchase from ClickSilo Digital and its related brands. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. It is part of our Terms of Service. A specific product page or project agreement may state different terms; if so, those terms apply.
1. Memberships & subscriptions
- You can cancel a subscription at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- First purchase: if you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of your first membership payment for a full refund of that payment.
- Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and have not used the Services since the renewal, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request in good faith.
2. Digital products
Because digital products (such as downloads, templates, and courses) are delivered instantly, they are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective, not as described, or you were unable to access it and we could not resolve the issue.
3. Development & marketing services
Custom development and marketing services are governed by the deposit, milestone, and cancellation terms in your proposal or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, payments for work already performed are non-refundable, and any prepaid amount for work not yet started will be refunded if you cancel.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or use our contact form (choose “Refund request”) with:
- the name and email used for the purchase;
- the date and amount of the charge (your receipt is helpful);
- a short description of the issue.
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Billing errors & disputes
If you see a charge you don't recognize or believe you were billed in error, please contact us first. Charges may appear on your statement under “CLICKSILO” or the name of the specific ClickSilo brand you purchased from. We will investigate and correct any error promptly.
